keeping healthy is a great thing, it makes you a calmer person, it makes you healthy and it is a gd way to socialise, yes i took health and social care lol( long live miss norton ).

I love to hit the gym it makes me feel relax when i get at home from the gym.
If you join the gym dont be upset if  u dont see results real soon and quick hang in there u will, and when u do it means u feel so much better.

Why should you go to the gym..because it make you feel so much better knowing ur being health, exercising releases endorphins which in turn get u hight( no i dont just do it for that reason), going to the gym builds charcter and self dicipline alonig with stamina.
